Doesn’t help matters that we have a local press who’s timid at best at questioning anything. I think they are a disgrace personally.

There was a propoganda piece in the red echo site, trying to convince the fans, that us not hiring Nuno Santo was a good thing. I forgot who wrote it. Probably one of those kopites, they have writing about our club. Sure Santo is no Sir Alex Ferguson, but the red echo are still trying to brainwash fans, into accepting and appreciating the fact, that Rafael Benitez is our manager.

The last notable thing Benitez did in management was get Liverpool to Champions League finals and that's going back 15 years. Why did Mosh think he was getting Alex Ferguson in his prime?

He did okay at Newcastle but nothing Chris Hughton didn't do under Ashley (won promotion and then kept them up). Did okay at Napoli but Sarri did better. Flopped at Inter and Real. Previous job was in China.

Like Mourinho, Van Gaal and probably Carlo as well, he's yesterday's man.

Moshiri must be the only person in football who considers Benitez a Hollywood manager, but then we already knew that he's a very strange man indeed.
