The Everton Board Thread

I fully understand the reason behind the tickets being withheld. My problem is the running of the club didn't seem to bother him before his freebies were stopped.

He must of said something for them to be stopped in the first place maybe it was this , 8 months ago, from 4.00 onwards

Kenwright wont be going anywhere until he chooses to. Or until the owner gets rid of him, which wont be happening any time soon. I doubt a bit of singing and banner waiving will compel Moshiri or Bill to action.
I wonder you know if the board did resign could that be the one thing that forces Moshiri to sell. He isn't going to sack them, but what's he going to do if they walk, he will be in a mess, not in the country with a major assent with nobody running it.

An interesting scenario it would be, but the board are not going to resign. Certainly not en masse. It's a cushy gig that pays very well with seemingly little accountability. They wont care about sit-ins, walk-outs, song-singing and bedsheet banners.

Lol the left side of that preview image looks like bodycame footage of Stubbsy getting arrested for very serious [Poor language removed].
I thought it was a graphic from one of those wooden afternoon tv commercials. "Have you been the victim of a sex change op gone wrong or burst a hemoroid at a curry house? Injury Lawyers 4U are standing by!"

Fair dos. But literally the first thing that I thought of was a Dark Justice sting in some obscure one-horse ex coal mining village.
"Ent dun nuthin"
"We got t'chat logs yer melt"
"ENT DUN NUTHIN!"

(goes on for about 2 hours before the coppers finally finish their sandwiches and turn up)

On topic though, isn't Gravesen minted now? Maybe he and Stubbsy could take over the club? Preferably by defenestrating Kenwright and saying "MEETING ADJOURNED!"

Your mate Bill would never do that though. He will cling on to his position until either he dies or until Moshiri sells and the new owner Hunts him out.

So what the answer, he won't resign, Moshiri won't sack him, Moshiri won't sell, it's a bit awkward.
To be honest even I'm starting to think now that Bill should step down, he isn't responsible for this mess but something has to force Moshiri to act, I can't see the fans forcing anything, and with Farhad being AWOL he isn't seeing or hearing what's going on anyway

I don't think there is an answer any more, it's gone on too long and the financial position of the club is such, that relegation, when it inevitably comes, will put an end to us.

I'm sure Bill would love to be at the helm for the new stadium, but if we get relegated this season I wonder if that would be the thing that would cause him to choose to step down? He's 77, there will be a lot of anger thrown his way after relegation, does he really need the hassle? Wonder if he'd take an honourary role so he could still be a part of the new stadium but step away from the day-to-day exec job.
