Which of the two reactions more closely reflects the reaction on here?

This is the reaction to the official facebook page

Reaction on GOTs Facebook page is a little more mixed

I'd genuinely like to figure out how representative GOT is compared to the normal supporter. I don't think a lot of us are irrational yet it seems we are massively away from what the average supporter thinks with things like that 27min thing.

This place almost certainly skews a lot younger than the average match goer

Sounds mad, but I think match going fan opinion is often in the minority of the fanbase as a whole.

From 2020;

Everton Football Club is delighted to confirm the appointment of Graeme Sharp as the Club’s Players’ Life President.

His ambassadorial duties will continue as part of his new role but he will take on enhanced responsibilities, including becoming an advisor to the Board of Directors.

Sharp will act as a senior Everton representative across national and international media in a position which will also see him become a valuable source of knowledge and experienced point of contact for the Club’s Captain, Board, Academy, Executive Leadership team and First-Team Management staff.

He will play an active role in supporting the Club executives to develop and maintain the right culture and behaviours across the Club

^ So it sounds like he's already been involved/must of impressed...

Makes sense, they're probably, what, a million Evertonians worldwide? Match-going probably rotates so say 50k match going supporters?

Just seems weird that perception and reality at the ground and online are usually really at opposite ends of the spectrum. Like the Blue Union and Kenwright getting clapped. Even AFTER the interview where he said he basically had no idea what he was doing and we were on the verge of administration.

The club are defo playing to the gallery here.

His list of responsibilities is long and vague, which doesn't instil confidence. 'Players' Life President' doesn't sound at all influential. His ambassadorial duties will continue. If he's already got two active roles, he's not going to have much chance to make his presence felt as a board advisor.

The board are hardly going to employ an enforcer to give them a hard time. They're happy to under-perform and don't want any one changing that.

I was actually going to respond positively to this headline, but reading the detail, I'm not impressed.
