Just to be clear, I posted my comment in the first place in the spirit of what’s this all about?
When I looked it up I could see it was the sort of stuff that organisations probably go through on staff training days etc and, to be fair, although most of us probably find it to be a waste of time, it’s just staff development stuff - big deal, so what!
But the specific examples I mentioned in my second post to you are listed and obviously they are qualities that supporters of the protests would say are in rather short supply at the upper echelons of the club and that’s where the opinions will come in.
That said, if the club is going to mention these things in communication with the FAB or wider fan base, they should be prepared to take comment on how well their actions and decisions measure up to their stated values.
The only values I want them to espouse are Nil Satis Nisi Optimum, a winning mentality from top to bottom of the club and ask themselves whether every action and decision is leading to points and wins on the pitch. The ‘softer stuff’ can still happen, of course. But it is secondary to striving to be the best and winning football matches.
