I would imagine, (I have zero idea), that should new investment or a block of shares purchased over a certain amount that would give Moshiri the ability to shuffle the board. I couldn't imagine any agreement that gives Bill or his cronies a seat in perpetuity.
At least I hope not.
I'll be more than happy to see FM boot the entire board,and bring in his own people who have business nous, as well as MSP folks, who clearly know the industry.

NSNOW published an open letter to non executive director Graeme Sharp this morning. The letter makes four main points to him:

- We also ask that you formally request the majority shareholder to strengthen the board – with a current board of only three executives and yourself, it is difficult to see how we compete.
- As part of this, we ask that you formally request that additional non-executive directors are appointed alongside you to broaden the board’s expertise and provide independent oversight to the running and management of the club.
