2. Got us a record shirt sponser deal

3. Said shirt sponser deal is the 8th biggest in the league despite us having finished 16th in the table last season and likely to finish around 16th again.

But she's rubbish apparently and Joe Bloggs could get us sponsers to rival Man Utd and Liverpool 🤷‍♂️

What has she done in in the last 8 months that made you do a complete 180 on her? Only 8 months ago you wanted her "booted out" to use your words. I would argue in that time we managed to become even worse under her stewardship. Only an idiot or a wum would think she has done a good job in that time.
So what are you an idiot or a wum?

Does she control Moshiri/Kenwright ?

Ah I remember when we didn't have a marketing department/director and it was DBB. Just like when we didn't have a DOF and Kenwright went around doing transfers with other people's money. Good times hey.

We get 10 mil a year, same as WHam. That is a good deal, I'll give you that. However, if that's her job since 2016, when we were playing much better and were in Europe - why did she not pull this magic trick of getting sponsors no one else could and instead we kept signing back with sponsors for peanuts compared to the teams around us? Ah yeah, cuz she does literally nothing at Everton.

BMD - yeah, sure, bet that's what the headlocks are for, cuz everyone loves her involvement so much. She's definitely very involved in that, where the deal was done and she was nowhere to be seen and it's done with Russian/Moshiri money. Crazy how you weren't of that opinion yourself, admittedly, until it became extra funny and definitely not just stupid to WUM like there's no tomorrow.

As the CEO she should be running the club as the CEOs do in most businesses. Instead she is just another BK puppet along with the other board members and getting nearly a million quid a year for it. She needs to go with the rest of them. A clean sweep is needed.

I posted this in February and finished you. So here goes again:

The club has no direction, which is her remit. In her tenure we’ve had 3 internal reviews of our operations because we are failing.

Our commercial deals are horrendous, and once Al the Oligarch got binned she has done nothing to reclaim the lost revenue.

She, has CEO, as also lied with regards to the type of sponsorship we would have (we are ethical blah blah, ok hello Stake.com) because she is showing her inability to negotiate.

We were also the only club to go through a full season without a sleeve sponsor, again impacting revenue.

The commercial deal with KitBag is disastrous, wrong orders being received, issued with refunds. She has not done anything to rectify this on behalf of evertonians, her main customer.

The comms department has become nonexistent, people are still being treated poorly by the club if they criticise anything to do with the club, there’s very little engagement with the fanbase we have no updates whatsoever from anyone within the club, including our DoF.

All this is her remit as CEO, it’s day to day operations

Technically yes a CEO runs the day to day operations of the Company and is responsible along with the CFO for bringing the annual reports, PnL statements, and future budgets to the board for approval. A good one keeps ownership and the BOD onside and reminds them of the rules they have to follow for their business operations to stay compliant with all applicable regulations and laws while turning a profit, keeping out of lawsuits and avoiding bad press that may lower share value.

A poor one just takes the title and exchanges their professional integrity for a big paycheck, press ops, good seats at the games and does whatever they are told without questioning. We have another term for that but it will set off red flags in chat I am sure if I use use.

DBB is the CEO.

So you're blaming her for not being able to fulfill her job because Kenwright is an egosticial maniac who controls everything that goes on ?

Look at Newcastle - average manager, same bunch of players minus 3-4 good signings yet have gone from bottom 6 to top 4 in space of 18 months because the culture of Mike Ashley has gone.

We've had a culture of Bill Kenwright since the mid 90's and will continue to have one until he leaves. You can blame Benitez, DBB, Big Kev Thelwell, Moshiri all you like but nothing will change until he moves on.

Yet we've the joint 7th/8th biggest shirt sponser in the PL and are one of the top 20 richest clubs in Europe.

Empty vessels make the most noise 🤷‍♂️
