I'm saying myself personally, I believe it has/did

Others might have a different view

I'm not a shareholder however.

The shareholders would be well within their rights to be very angry if this information was being kept from them as it is on top of the cancelling of the in person EFC Annual General Meetings also

One also needs to think about the choice of photograph for Bill Kenwright in the EFC Annual Report (accounts)

Its a photo from 15 years ago. How is that right?

That has got to be fake right. There is no way bill kenwright approved/said that...

No they wouldn't be within their rights and
AGM no longer compulsory for Private Limited Company

It's absolutely ridiculous isn't it; "I may have been castigated by some fans for sharing my opinion that I have enjoyed many times [sic] at Everton".

He is positively sticking to his guns and making fun of us over the good times remark. He is fully delusional...

"some fans" was definitely a dig at his critics

Trying to claim they are minority.

Yes they would be within their rights. Well within them.
I already explained to you they are not within their rights to invade his privacy on health matters, they can only judge him on his actions and subsequent outcomes.
You claimed he could be sued for not disclosing private health issues under the Companiess ACT which is also not true
And the other bone you refuse to let go of; AGMs are not required by law for Private Limited Companies though it would be nice if they committed to them nonetheless

Whatever the merits and demerits of including his health in the Alltogether Now statement, when he steps down/is pushed he will use his health as the reason for his departure. He would never admit nor accept publicly that it was because Moshiri asked him to go or that he bowed to the will of the fans.

In fact he will likely issue a statement that it was all agreed last Christmas so as to make the protests and rallies look like a waste of time. Skulduggery to the very end.

There is multiple sources of public information. The shareholders were made aware prior to Christmas of his ill health by him directly.

Bill Kenwright has previously spoken of his ill health publicly to the press
Interesting really because whilst the headlines reference ill health, there is no mention of it in the article, or attributable quotes referencing his ill health. I then did a quick look on the internet and I can’t see any journalism article that highlights it, just Everton supporter websites.

You can be sued for not disclosing serious health issues by shareholders that might lead to 'Loss of capacity'

The issue of the EFC Annual General Meeting cancellation, unannounced and abruptly is also directly relevant to the topic

As I said before and to avoid speculation. Go look at the shareholders and/or EFCSA for more information.

Bill Kenwright definitely has told shareholders of his general ill health. Specifics are not public and I'm not going to publish specifics myself. However, it is 'incontrovertible' Bill Kenwright has told persons of his serious ill health. It is already public

Simon Jordan on Talk Sport in January 2023, spoke of it also. It is already public.

Why then cancel the EFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) ?

They'd have to show loss in terms of dividends, and that's the difficulty I think. Or else ( and I'm guessing here) they could injunct the the company to remove him from office. But again, would imagine that's pretty hard to do.
