I think this way too.

Most of the spade work would have already been done earlier this year in the Exclusivity period & looks like the stumbling blocks have been resolved . He won't have a problem over the ownership & financial tests being passed , they could even had the nod on these anyway.
Can't come soon enough though.
League rules stipulate that the papers have to be in ten days before any director, chairman or owner can take up the position.

Assuming the papers hadn't already been filed before the story broke (which I'm not discounting they have) then the clock ticks from now, could be ten days as don't see this not being a very simple procedure
 

Nothing in their track record suggests that's the way they operate mate.

They do so by refinancing debt, restructuring it and expanding commercial opportunities.

No ody mentioned yet they also have property interests, especially in terms of hotels etc. expect a big one going up near the stadium in the future.
And then selling it to a sister company that allows us to go deep in the transfer market as a precedent has been set with Chelsea's hotel sale. Nais.
