Instead of being baited into another years sub at the gym I'll never go to I have instead bought a fold up exercise bike and some free weights for the house. Just did a 45 min sesh plonked in front of the TV and now for some weights.

It's just purely for heavy back exercises really. I find my hands often give up before my muscles do.
