It’s not a small weight lifting 95kg of body weight, but I didn’t expect it to take this long.

Even at my peak condition I could only ever do around 10. That’s a very decent amount.Indeed. Doing pull-ups/chin-ups took a crazy amount of time for me to achieve. I couldn't do one when I first put up my bar...took about 6 months or more to work up to doing 10 in a row.
Does your gym have a shoulder press machine? Mine has a good one which I use every session. Barbell is good, but if you’re not that strong on shoulders yet it’s a bit awkward to say the least. You might have a bit more joy on the smith machine or with dumbbells.My shoulders are weak as fook. I can barely manage 5 reps a set on the barbell shoulder press, with no actual weights on the bar

Set myself up for the weekend with a back and bi's blitz this morning. If only that pump could last longer than half an hour..Had a great back and arms session today. @PrekisCrossBarlow! I’ve started doing more on my forearms as per your advice.
My hands are wrecked after today, though. I would have ripped your arm off for a pair of them Nancy boy gloves.
