Need a manager who improves players,
Develops younger players,
No tikitaka,
Front foot aggesive, tackle not just not along side,
Manager who will stand up for us
Long ball when required,
Who?

Would a draw be ideal? Are West Ham sure to pull away? Or Wolves for that matter - with West Ham being drawn into it?

Kinda thinking West Ham have too steong a squad, and Wolves’ arses are going to go with yet another defeat or two. Maybe their better players will start getting twitchy.

???

I'm not a huge fan myself, but having been the wolves and Brentford games I was shocked at how bad the fans were, I think he'd lift us in a biesla kind of way in the short term and help with a bit of a reset.
I can really understand that thinking , I do believe we need something to Reestablish the connection between the fans and playing side . However I can’t help but worry he’d be a sticking plaster and losing a few leads at home it’d get nasty again pretty soon .

We need a manager to be honest , not talking us down or promising nirvana , somebody with a plan but a bit of flexibility and the cherry on the cake would really be a bit of charisma .

I just can't have him tbh, I think he is massively out of his depth here, I don't think he gets what the PL is about.
He is a RS to volatile as well could see him doing OK for a bit then falling out with the fans as soon as it got a bit sticky.
Not a fan of these managers wedded to a way of playing that doesn't seem to be able to alter when it's been found out, like are current one.
We havnt the players to play his way i imagine it would be a bit of a mess.
After the new manager bounce was over.
