Carsley gets a lot of mentions.Carsley for me. New dawn, new era. Potter hasn't done anything without the Brighton back room staff and they have hardly missed him. As for Southgate, Dyche Mk 2. Kendall was a young man when he came in as manager. Carsley just seems to have something about him. Davy Weir as DOF too
I havent seen much. Watched the Ireland England game and saw some hightlights of his u21 euro triumph.Carsley gets a lot of mentions.
But I don’t follow the national team
And I don’t know the type of football he coaches.
I wonder if he would be such a popular choice if he wasn’t a former player.
I’d always be concerned with his lack of club management.
I understand what you are saying but Kendal didn't have much experience. Carsley gets Everton. He wasn't afraid to change the way of playing with England. And he put the ball in the red shabites netCarsley gets a lot of mentions.

I went with Wiegman, just to be different
Lee Carsley.
The reason why he is getting mentioned is not because he is an ex player, it is the job he has done with the U21s they play quick aggressive football through the channels, also tactically knowledgeableCarsley gets a lot of mentions.

His twitter background pic is literally the view from the dugout at goodison.I havent seen much. Watched the Ireland England game and saw some hightlights of his u21 euro triumph.
England looked very good against a disjointed Ireland.
No club football could be a concern but he has experience coaching top notch players. I think the only reason he'd even be mentioned in relation to the Everton job is because hes an ex player, otherwise I cant imagine thered be any hope of hiring him.
