For that cheap and probably cheap wages he's definitely worth a punt, he'd easily be sold for more if it didn't work out and if it does then he could be that creative spark we're crying out for.

The apparent confirmation from his agent of interest from the Premier League has led to speculation that Everton are in the hunt for Valencia's Pablo Piatti whom Robert Martinez has apparently tried to sign before.
The 24 year-old is reportedly surplus to manager Miroslav Djukic's plans and Los Ches are believed to be eager to get him off their wage bill. Despite apparent interest from Rennes, Fiorentina, Metalist Kharkiv, Olympiakos and Celtic, Piatti is still at the Mestalla, with The Express suggesting he is angling for a move to another club.

With Everton supposedly interested in him three years ago and Martinez reputed to have tried to sign him for Wigan Athletic, it's the Blues who are being touted as the mystery English club vying for Piatti's signature.
