I'm all for it. It's the way this club has to be run as long as there is no investment - Sell your best established players and buy 2-3 young promising players and players close to running down their contract.

McGeady for 4 mill got to be worth a gamble. was being quoted as something like 15 mill couple years back. haven't been watching him but he was popular in Russia

sell you best established players??? Baines? Jagielka? surely you sell players when you have replacements lined up within the squad. then maybe buy for the future. rather than your best established players, shouldn't you sell, as I think we have, players who look good enough to play elsewhere but aren't doing it for us, or suit other teams better.

I don't think he's that bad, goal scoring wise he's pretty poor. But he's very good at bringing others into play and being strong in the air / holding it up. Like i say i'd only have him as a squad player.
