Very happy if this goes through. £20m is cheap now for a player of that age and experience.

He has a point to prove too. I don't put too much stock in a player not making it at Arsenal under Wenger in recent times as that club has been a trainwreck with him in charge for 3-4 years. And despite being "poor" he scored 1 in 2 last season mostly from wide areas or, to put into context, more than Riyad Mahrez scored in Leicester's title winning season.

He's a direct, obvious improvement on what we have and adds what we're screaming out for - pace, an eye for goal and a top level mentality to our attack.

Yep.

Utter mentals whinging that Lookman and Vlasic are better than him

Over the four years he's been injured 95 days on average per year. Which means on the upside he's got to play for well over two/thirds of the time.

Great value. Especially at only 20 odd million.

I'm sure he's been injured less than Mirallas...and scored more.

But everyone loved Kev

Let's just get this over with so we can actually focus on buying a Left Back. At the moment, young Theodore is little but a distraction IMO

In the last two full seasons he's played in 79 games though. I'd rather see what he's done recently rather than cherry picking 'four years' to make the stat look worse.

On a four year contract, 5 million per season, its a no brainier really.

Im not concerned by his injuries they have tended to be impact injuries as opposed to muscular.
