I will not comment on our goalkeeper enough has been said on here already but 1 thing comes to my mind.

1) Mirallas is a class player, his goal was wow just a pity he is not consistent.

We are all agreed that we probably need a new keeper, but Joel should unquestionably have been our number 1 from February onwards THIS season. Unless he went through a bad patch and started slipping to Tim Howard levels of gashness

Oh I don't, Howards mistake was after 13 consecutive games, Joels after 30 minutes

Not sure really. I think that the 2nd half of this season after Howard got injured was the time to decide whether Joel deserved to be our number 1 permanently but obviously Martinez has made a mess of that.

I'd sign a new keeper, attempt to get shut of Howard and let the new keeper and Joel fight it out for number 1.
