put it this way if so many people want him out who do you want to take over the club, because i certainly dont want any rich foreign scum bag comin in like the city owner and trying to take over the whole goings on at the club, that will drive moyes out and then were ****ed. i am just happy that we are still doing decent enough. we dont have the funds but i cant see how people can complain while we have a solid manager who is allowed to take full control of his club, and a board who lets him.

Put yourself into a hole here. How can a manager of Moyes ability who is always talking about progression each season, be able to progress on peanuts? Yes he is allowed full control but he cannot keep working on peanuts. He wants to break into the top 4 but we cannot do it on the funds that Kenwright gives us.

no, i agree with that, we do need money but who is going to come in if kenwright goes, you cannot tell me you would swap our board for citys.

Why? Tell me what have City's board done wrong so far?

They haven't sacked Hughes, even though after his dreadful period.

Our board are no angels. Fraudsters, who lie to the fans continually.

I think now the time has come for Bill Kenwright to leave. We are on course for yet another top6 finish and we still have no money to invest in the Summer. The stadium is sold out on a regular basis, we had a long run in the Carling and Uefa Cup last season, which brings with it increased revenue through ticket sales and other things.

We have been on the Tele a few times already this season so we should have a bumper payout with regards to TV monies, our wage bill is 1 of the most manageable in the league and yet we still get outspent year in, year out by teams with crap fanbases and crap prospects.

There are currently 35,000 shares in Everton Football Club, most of which are owned by Bill Kenwright. These shares are valued at £1300 each. This makes a total of £45million. The club has debts of over £60million. When Kenwright bought the club we had debts of £20m.

The playing squad has improved. That is the only improvement that we have, some would say thats all that matters, i disagree. The facts are simple. The only assets the club have left are the playing staff, the dead duck that is now Bellefield and a highly mortgaged and falling apart Goodison Park. We dont even own Finch Farm.

The man has failed on every single level of business management, he has divided Evertonians with his lame Destination Kirkby move. A stadium thats not even better than Goodison Park and yet he wishes to move the club from its home. He has not invested 1 penny of his own money in the club. He doesnt take a salary yet he enjoys the prestige and revels in the fact that is the Chairman of our great Club. He takes expenses from the Club and other minor perks related to the job, yet he fails at every turn to improve our cashflow.

Some will say, i have even said it myself, "How can he sell, noboby has got any money?". Its simple, as i said earlier the club is valued at £45m, he paid less than this to buy. So if he came out tomorrow and said he was selling the club for £50m he would get people biting his hands off. If hes such a big blue he would want the club to improve, If hes such a big blue he wouldnt want to make a profit selling the club, If hes such a big blue he would leave.

But he wont, hes greedy little vermin, he wants this DK mess to go through, then he can make more money, then he will sell, then he will disappear. And we will be left with a ground that NOBODY wants.

These are the facts, Bill Kenwright only cares about Bill Kenwright and money, he doesnt love this club, he doesnt care about this club. If he stays in the summer the club will not have any money to spend on players unless we sell. He cant borrow anymore money and any money we get in prizemoney will have to be spent on wages and loan repayments, simply because his business management is so dire.

So i beg you Bill, for the sake of "our" Club, sell up. Advertise the club for sale at £50m, you still make a few bob and we will get a chairman this Football Club deserves. Bill it really is time to go.

I understand your frustration, but I think there are a few things wrong with your post.

Everton's wage bill is currently very high, at 65% of its turnover, which is hardly manageable, which shows how reckless other clubs are being with wages if they're outspending us. Since 2005 TV revenue has increase by just over £16million, but wages have increased by £14million, which is where the added money has been going.

Out of the 35 000 shares, Kenwright only owns one third, not most of them.

Under Kenwright’s reign, there have been other improvements in addition to playing staff. Everton have improved Goodison as much as possible without major structural work, such as the big screens to help people with poor views, season cards, improvements to corporate hospitality such as improved corporate boxes and the marquee etc. We’ve tried to move into foreign markets with Kejian, Chang and the Soccer Prince schemes. There have also obviously been other improvements, so whilst there have been mistakes, you can’t doubt there have been improvements.

He has obviously improved our cash flow, as when he took over, as Walter Smith recently stated, we were selling important players to stop the club from going bankrupt and also we couldn‘t afford the fees we agreed to pay, now at worst we’re selling squad players to increase the budget.

He may not have pumped any money into the club, but he has invested about £7million to buy the shares in the first place from Johnson.

Kirkby is only worth as much as the money it generates, regardless of any subsidies. If Kirkby is going to have a negative impact on revenue then the value of the club is going to decrease, thus Kenwright makes less money. The only way Kirkby will make Kenwright more money is if it makes the club more money.

Considering City have brought in world stars like Wayne Bridge and Craig Bellamy in January, i would probably say he does have a say.

I dont want to be Man City, i dont want to be Liverpool, i dont even want to be Manchester United. I just want the manager of my team to be able to try and compete. Is that really too much to ask?

Bored bored bored look don't care what you say he is not that bad and is no where near the man you portray him to be and no one wants to buy us FACT

I love this. Do you know what a FACT is? Its a truth, and event that happened, something that we have evidence that puts it beyond reasonable doubt that of its validity.

So with that in mind, is it still a FACT? I have been led to believe that Kenwright is selling, but the price is dependant on the outcome of Kirkby Project. Sounds more likely than saying no one wants to buy us, FACT.
