Quick word on McCarthy now that I think about it. It's clear he's better when he's without the ball than when he is on it. Every time he gets it centrally in a good position he struggles like hell to pick out a decent forward pass. A couple of times in the first half especially when he was in a really promising position he sold Osman short. Barry is better with the ball in those positions.

And for all you Bill Bashing ****s , watch songs of praise and see a chairman who is a credit to our club our city our country and the human race !

I could probably find a post at the start of the season where you've said we can get top 4. Cba checking though. I may be wrong though. You might have actually knew like myself we wouldn't get top 4 but people on here are a bit clueless

Go and look at the "can we win Der league" etc threads see if I did

You, of all people, need to stop saying things like this.

Poor subs from Martinez today.

Time to move on though. Palace will be a tough game.

...in a nutshell. We need pace. That Sterling bloke at Liverpool is super quick...someone like him

It's not all about pace though

It's about having the players who can thread a through ball or play a quick one two into the box

Utd don't have blistering pace yet won the league

Palace will be very tough. I would be not at all surprised at a 0-0 on that one although it is a night game which enhances atmosphere dramatically in our favour.

Please explain to me how a striker and a player playing behind the striker, had good games in the first half when between them they had about six chances to score and converted erm...zero...weird that...

Suarez and coutinho both played well vs arsenal mate, neither scored, bit obvious like but lots of factors besides svoring go into the catagory played well

Spurs - One decent chance - Goal
Everton - a few chances and a few half chances - No goal

The difference??? Who was playing up front for either side.

You see his assist against Southampton?
