I think now is the time for both Naismith and the club for him to move on.
His stock hasn't and will not be higher than it is now. He's cemented his place as a solid premier league player.
West Brom, Sunderland, Norwich, Leicester, even Newcastle are just some of the clubs where Naismith would start and be an important part of the side.
I like him, he's full of effort, but he isn't a player to have in a side where we have 60%+ possession every game. He's very limited with the ball.
What he is, however, is a grafter, good in the air and a good finisher.
I reckon if a big of 5m upwards comes in then I think we will see him go.
I also don't expect McGeady to be here come the end of the window, and for Lennon to have replaced him for similar money.
