Im happy with Lennon as most people would agree he proved enough last season towards signing him but all in all this window has been very very poor.

Funes Mori covers 1 of the needs we had but we have still completely ignored the #10 spot unless we have some hidden loan no one knows anything about.

We are massively right sided Lennon, Mirallas, Del, McGeady (hoepfully not very often) and only Pienaar who is natural on the left but seems finished. Mirallas always seem anonymous when he starts out left so seems odd to ignore key areas he spoke about signing players in.

BREAKING NEWS

Sky sources: Steven Naismith will be staying with Everton after they rejected an offer from Norwich City. We understand the proposed fee was around £7m to £8m.

Sunderland also understood to have expressed an interest in the Scottish forward but it was never close to happening. Naismith has been training with the Scotland squad today.

Of course he should have sold Stones. He'll leave anyway in the near future. I said this all along. Sell Stones and get quality players in. Of course, that earned a load of abuse of the "experts" on here looking to keep their hero in place.

Joke a of a decision given what's happening now. I hope those who were adamant they wanted that streak of Yorkshire piss to stay are happy with their victory.
No he shouldn't have. We would have been lucky to get 30m net. A decent CB would cost almost half that.

What he shouldn't have done is spend 10m on some unknown Argentinian, Lennon and a load of kids that probably will never make it.
