That was an obvious penalty in real time for me
Personally I don't think it was a clear and obvious error by the ref. Shouldn't have been awarded.

Throw out the clear and obvious stuff. Is it a foul? For me it is. That's a bad tackle.
VAR is only supposed to overturn clear and obvious errors. Sands got a touch on the ball.

I think that is a lot of why VAR sucks though. Deciding how much of an error it is instead of what the right call is. I wish they'd get rid of it.
NFL replay was fine and then they started doing the clear and obvious thing. It's a bad standard.
