Well I feel a damn sight better from a month ago when I gave up smoking and took up vaping. Chest clearer, beathing better and psychologically feel better to have finally given up cigs and the guilt they bring. Don't want to vape forever but stops me from smoking so its good fo me. Recently had a full medical blood tests the lot and thankfully came through really healthy ( apart from slightly high cholestoral which I am putting down to shed loads of cheese the day before the blood tests! ) Know vaping not pefect but damn sight better than smoking

Not at all just glad to be off cigs. Each to their own for me wouldn't lecture anybody on anything food, drink, drugs etc upto the individual to live their lives how they want as long as not harming others
