On average, I probably eat meat approximately once a week and fish once or twice, and the rest of the time it's purely vegetarian food.Turns out almost everybody's a vegetarian.
I love meat but only once every three days or so and not too much.
It's the obvious condiment if you fry them in bacon fat.My family are repulsed that I put brown sauce on Brussel sprouts
In all seriousness that's how most people will move to and eventually a large number will transition to plant based as animal based foods become more expensive. On average, I probably eat meat approximately once a week and fish once or twice, and the rest of the time it's purely vegetarian food.
However, I can go a few weeks without meat, and then other times I may eat it on a few consecutive days. It all really depends on how I'm feeling etc.
I think I could probably go for a sustained period without meat if I wanted to, but I don't eat much anyway, so feel there isn't a massive need to change.
Yes mate!Anybody on GOT Vegetarians ?
I'm thinking about it !
Vitamin b12 and iron (especially for women) are common issues for non-meat eatersWould you need to take iron tablets, or does certain vegetarian food have iron in it !!
