I'm saying he's got a good goalscoring record for the time he's played, that's all. And suggesting that the stick he gets is OTT.
 
It says it all about my opinion of him that my first reaction when he scored was more shock than elation! haha.. I was happy with his effort last night though for once.

Absolute cringe at his touch and control when Mirallas played him over the top.

I'm talking about recently but I note your insistence on using league appearances, not to mention how those appearances correspond to minutes played.

He's scored 8 goals since the start of last season despite featuring in less than 13 hours' worth of football.
 

Anyone else want to forget the 30yards he had in front of him where Mirralas played him through?
Stumble bumble and a pass across to a marked player... all before crossing the 18.

The fact he scores when he wants to doesnt cover up the fact he is on par with a not so bright rock in football knowledge and touch.

Yes, that was a shocking bit of football.
 
So what he stumbled on a through ball - wow he scored two good goals one ruled out unfairly - unlike goofy teeth over the park that cost millions who needs 6 chances to score one goal
I used to watch Bob latchford who just put the ball into the back of the net if Victor can do that as he is showing at the moment why moan????????

Because , at the end of the day, he is badly gash and is not the answer to who should play up top if Jelavic is injured.
 
He has always been good at backing into his marker and spinning off them. Apart from that he is a bit rubbish. Bring back the Strac
 

Anichebe is a good player, he wouldn't play for Everton otherwise. He was a good little winger/super sub in the Europa League. He will be again if we get there.

He needs confidence, If you knew fans disliked you, Would you play good? No as you wouldn't have confidence. Abit like Torres, Liverpool fans slating him for not being good that season, hes still good, look at him now because chelsea enjoy watching him etc.


Stop moaning about Victor, let him have a crack as hes back from injury and lets see what he can do.

Hopefully, he gets another vs Southampton and against the RS is jelavic isn't there!

Sorry mate, but he's been given support for years, it's only really last season and the beginning of this one that a lot of fans started giving him stick (and rightly so imo).

He's had 100+ appearances for the first team and has not proven at all that he's worth of being Jelavic's understudy as far as i'm concerned. He scored on Monday but he's still not good enough, the fact that he nearly fell over his own feet chasing the ball down when on the break was evidence of that.

He'd make a good Championship player.
