To be fair yes it’s quieted down on that front recently but if you go back a few months ago when he was regular and playing appallingly plenty were trying to give him too much leeway on those grounds. Cost us games and we are where we are now. Not that we’ve got a decent replacement for him anyway

So so is being very generous mate given he stands out as one of the worst players in a very poor team
It did at first because he moved to our dumpster fire of a team and then his country got attacked and the whole situation which was definitely not great.
However:
He's not one of the worst players - he's incredibly scrutinised at every step and only the bad is pointed out. He's an okay at best player, sure, not great, but the way some people, you included, bang on about him being the worst makes it sound like he's a basketball player on a football pitch. He's just a limited footballer, no worse than half of our team really.
Point is, he might have a good game and no one bats an eyelid, but one error or wrong pass and the booboys arrive. First goal was pinned on him by some today too, this happens all the time. It's like Davek with Patterson - Patterson had an operation and didn't play for 5 months and Dave said he was playing crap during that time and he wasn't impressed lol Some might call it an agenda in fact lol

Similar to Maupay in that decent money was spent on him when we clearly have no ability to buy any more players. So the limited funds we do have appear to have been wasted on these 2 players

Pf I honestly think if we're lumping Myko as limited then Maupay is barely a footballer honestly.
If we had a good team and a good leftback Myko as a backup would be okay until we can sell him, as there's at least a player in there, even if it's one of limited ability.
If we had a good team Maupay should be somewhere else or in the reserves honestly lol

Who contributes less than him that starts on a consistent basis? At best he's quiet within a game doing very little. It's almost like playing with a man down because he's so limited in everything he does.
