No mate, he is finished in that he's nowhere near what he was and will only get worse. Yeah, he'll improve our squad for a year, but he's not the only person on the planet that would for the same money he'd cost.

Conversely though it baffles me that people seem to think that we either sign Rooney or keep with what we have got. Works both ways.
