Transfer Rumour Wayne Rooney

Are we refusing to sign a player because he kissed the badge of the club that he was playing for at the time.

I can perfectly understand people believing that he can no longer contribute , although I don't agree, but we will never get to sign any player if how they behave on and off the field is the deciding factor in their recruitment.

I was as heartbroken as any to see Rooney leave the club, but in a professional sport it is only about building the best squad possible and as far as I am concerned if the manager is happy that he can contribute for a couple of seasons I am happy to go with that.

We didn't have to accept the offer,He didn't have to sign for them,
It suited both parties or it wouldn't have happened,
If he does come back,It will be because he and we and they want it,
Cry arseing on here won't make a blind bit of difference, just support the f*ing team or don't go,really is that easy.

I have mate whos cousin delivers greggs to the Rooney household every day so is on friendly terms with them all.
He tells me Rooney wont be at Manu next season but at some other club somewhere in the world.

He went because he wanted to go and he employed Stretford to ensure it went through. I'll go and support the team as I have for nigh on 50 odd years but I won't support the traitor, that's my choice. As for 'cry arseing'it's a forum and sometimes people have different opinions to your good self.

He went with the blessing of the club,As it suited us both.
He's a footballer not a traitor, he's doing a job, the same as every footballer/traitor that plays for us.
I'm long in the tooth myself mate,we've seen this before and will see it again 100%
Fwiw I couldn't care less about any of them.

I respectfully disagree with you, I've never seen any convincing evidence that the club forced him out.
He'll always be a traitor to me , and I'll always revile him because of it.
It's just a difference of opinion.
