He is a big part of the problem. Was meant to be our centre forward last night and was stood in the centre circle trying to get his passing stats up, leaving a yawning chasm in the final third. And we wonder why we didn't look like creating a chance until DCL came on.
Least he tries. If everyone put in that much effort we would be doing better than what we are.

He's also not good enough anymore. Walsh and Koeman bringing him to Everton was a mistake, and they might have to pay for it with their jobs. Specially Koeman, if he keeps playing him. Rooney is trash now. He's 31, the same age that Olivia Newton John was when she played Sandy. And two years younger than Frank Bruno was when he won the world title for the first time.
He'll be 32 in a few weeks, though.
Is so sad, mate I despair with some so called Everton fans, they are actually hoping a player has a bad game so they can rip him.
can anyone explain what brand he is carrying atm ? cause i don't see anyHe is the root of everything wrong with this club atm. They are more concerned about selling the brand than success.
Jose knew he is crap, he just want everyone else to see it as well , so he can drop him without anyone complaining . i remember he was dropped after abysmal display against watfordThe team will play better without him. No pace no movement and he usually drop back, got the ball and made sideway pass. It took a couple of matches for Jose to drop him last season. The lack of pace and movement is partly due to making him in the centre of our attack.
We got to play DCL and Niasse on Sunday if we want to win.

Come on mate, take off your blue tinted spectacles, Rooney is, amongst others, stinking the place out.
He needs dropping, for a supposed senior player with a winning mentality who can handle the big occasions he’s been absolutely dire.
