all kno what is wrong have bought in the wrong players and have lost alot of leaders in the team who would fight for the shirt. Have improved this season but is vital we bring the right sort of players to the club this window
Oooo italics

What changed Manchester City from a pointless football club with a losers mentality into what they are now?
Millions upon millions of pounds over 10 years.
Pretty easy to change your culture when you have the correct fix.

If you don’t have that financial backing you are always open to having your best players plundered. If you do, you can brush them away because if your financial muscle.

The conclusion drawn was that we need a culture change...and you sign other cub's captains to get that change.

Two vacuous people who fancy themselves as football philosophers who aren't that bright.

Remember we signed Iceland's captain, Wales's captain, Ajax's captain, the ex-United and England Captain, whilst also having Ireland's captain and we didn't magically awaken the sleeping giant?

Divvies

Losing culture rife throughout the club, there's zero consequences for being crap/gutless. It's so badly ingrained now that it's hard to believe it will ever be got rid of.

Instilled by Kenwright, embraced by Moyes, accepted by majority of fans, infected countless players. Makes you want to utterly give up.
I agree with all this apart from the last sentence mate.

Ultimately, no one at boardroom level has any experience running an elite football club, so we appear to be stuck in limbo between Kenwright's Everton and the one that Moshiri wants.

If City had Everton's mentality, they'd have missed out on Aguero and Silva because Santa Cruz and Jo are such cracking lads, and we've paid a lot of money for them, and Jo scored a few penalties, remember, and-and-and...

Oh, and I know Michael Johnson is a big, fat bifter-smoking wastrel, but he's one of our own, part of the family, so do we really want to bring in this Yaya fella? Alright, he's just played in the Champions League final, but he wants it in his contract that nobody is allowed to help blow out the candles on his official club birthday cake, which I don't think really fits with our community outreach goals, does it?

Nail on the head.

Bang on the money that

You’ll see loadssss of this in the next generation of punditry. It’s ingrained in a lot of peoples heads with them having played it since they were kids, including current players/future pundits

It's a terrible game though that had its peak about 2014. Even people who play it now think it's terrible while pumping money into Ultimate Team.

I tend to lob in Champ Manager stats cos I'm old school like that. "Everton are a team full of pace 12 players...they really need some 20 pace ones and with 20 aggro too"

Such an abundant lack of awareness, you're discussing the woes of Everton and you invoke Gerrard as a beacon of success. I'm sure that uplifting tale will resonate with the Everton fanbase
