Where do you expect us to finish?

Ridiculous to even speculate about this sort of thing after three league games. Ask the same question again at Christmas time.

Three wins to start the season is great, but given the last time we managed this was 1993/94, you'll forgive me if I choose not to read too much into it at this stage

I have to say though if teams don't get their act together the RS are going to walk it again which is unacceptable. Pep needs to sort that defence out but other than that it looks open going on the first weeks of the season, which itself is never a real indicator as things will level out in the coming weeks as squads settle.
Not helped by refs being scared to send RS players off. Mane should have been sent off after 3 minutes for putting his hand in the Arsenal players face but no just a booking. Then he scores their equaliser!

Exactly this, VAR is only being used when it suits at the moment, I thought (stupidly) that VAR might level the playing field on bad decisions and favouritism but it hasn't its just made it more infuriating. I'm sure there will be some people who trot out the typical bitter blue comment but I'm sorry there's definitely a bias in refereeing standards and anybody who doesn't agree clearly hasn't been watching some of the recent decisions made.

Yeah but they didn’t have the players we have and it was unexpected/luck. We started to feel we could have a good season before it started with our signings and the thinking seems to be justified so far.
Very true however, I can’t help but think if any other club had the same situation and were talking top 4 already, we’d laugh hard.

I said at the end of last season we should be going for Europe this season and if we get that I'm happy.

7th place is good progression from 12th and we can achieve that then look to progress again next season.

Very early to be making predictions. After 10 games the league will 'settle down' and we'll see generally where teams are going to finish. Wait until post-Christmas and we'll see what’s realistic.

The early stages of the season is all about bursting out of the traps and slapping as many points on the board as possible before the inevitable fatigue/injuries stunt us a bit but we already have the points to absorb it.

If we’re fortunate with injuries, I don’t see why we couldn’t be in the mix for the top 4, but top 7 is realistic. I’ll be disappointed if we’re not in Europe next season.

Any long term injuries in midfield or up front will be a big issue at the moment.

At the moment I reckon 7/8th, could be higher by end of the window.
At some point this Rodriguez will have a few weeks out, he will be targeted week in week and there is no way he will stay injury free.

Anything from 10th onwards and Ancelotti and Brands should be sacked on the spot.

This is nothing like 93/94. Carlo’s hair is so much better than Mike Walker’s.
