Who could replace Martinez ?

You say it's the players not doing it for him; then you point to the tactics as the problem.

This is a good example of the confusion there is over the matter.

There's just no clear analysis of what's going on by people looking to rush headfirst over the edge: there may be a soft landing...there may be nothing but a 100ft drop and disaster.

I think I'll just continue getting behind a manager who's proven he's a winner.
We all want the same thing getting back up the table playing good football but we see things different.
The players are not doing it but the tactics are a lot to do with the problems.
Our play is so slow and we constantly pass back and sideways which then leads to mistakes.
The players seem scared stiff of giving the ball away and that leads to pressure building up within them.
None of us know whats happening behind the scenes we just see the mess on matchday and for some reason nobody seems to be doing anything to sort it out.

It worked fine last season, when we played fast and our passes actually got to a blue shirt.
The tactics haven't changed, the Players have.

Too many injuries and half fit players filling in means no confidence and no consistency.

Our training and Medical dept want looked at, not the tactics.

Disagree, the tactics have changed, we were much more direct and in the other team's faces than we are now.

yeah, but I'd say that's because the centre midfield isn't working properly at the moment to allow Baines and Coleman to run on (Barry-unfit, McCarthy -nursing injuries when he plays and Besic - positionally naive at times doesn't have 100% discipline not to go marauding).
Added to the fact we can't keep a CB pair on the pitch for two games running, Baines and Coleman are having to defend more to cover. Not really the managers fault. Injuries, unfit players and a complete lack of cohesion.

Even when we've has others playing the system isn't working. Teams backed off us last year and allowed our midfield and defence far to much time to dictate play; they're pressing us this year.

Look at the build up to hulls penalty appeal to see what I mean; pressing us because they know what we are going to do

Hell of a CV on this guy:

"He made his professional debut with Deportivo Alavés, signing for Real Murcia in La Liga in 1986 and remaining in the top division for the following nine seasons, but almost exclusively as a backup or third-choice.

He also represented Real Sociedad and CD Logroñés, appearing for the latter in 19 league matches during the 1994–95 campaignas the La Rioja club finished last with only 13 points, and 79 goals conceded."

You wouldn't get 1 decent CV out of all of them
