Who should replace Frank Lampard?

What the board have to do is get the availability of a manager and make sure he is boxed off before they sack Lampard. We can't afford another month long process. They won't but that's what they should do.

Id honestly be fine with Nuno if we don't have to hire his 30 background people. Or if we do just until the end of the season only and regardless.

I actually believe they've got a name in the hat this time, it just might take a little bit longer then a month before they realise he's already taken the Portugal job.

I like Lampard but he isn't a good enough manager. I said earlier in the thread we would lose 2-1. I was laughed at by @mattywhen i said get in Sean Dyce after the fsp got the boot and still think he is what is needed.

Let's all be honest. If we got a new manager tomorrow within a year a huge segment of the fanbase would be demanding their resignation (1 per year is our average in recent years) . We are a toxically impatient fanbase that routinely turns on managers and players - which then makes them perform even worse than otherwise. We are all blaming the board and owner and managers and players, but some fans are also part of the problem.

Sean Dyche come on 27.9 % winning rate. Won 4 from 30 last season and you want him here? I was telling you McNeil was crap before he’s signed.
