Ospinna is a realistic option for us.

I'd take him here all day long.

I wouldn't even write off the thought of a loan for him in January.

I think we all agree that we need to improve this position, but at what cost? The shouts for Butland are out of our price range IMO...thinking in the 15 mil range for him. If Joel is your answer, then sadly IMO you are not looking to improve the position, you are just going for an anybody but Howard argument which is silly. Howard is better than Joel. If Joel was better than Howard the manager that bought him would have given him his chance.

A keeper is just as valuable as a centre forward. I'm dead serious when I say I would pay top rate striker money for one.

Neither keepers we have are the option, and I would like to see us spend 20mil on a keeper, NEA.

Goalkeepers don't change clubs in January. He might be a good shout for next season, though.
 

Absolutely and also someone like butland or karius as 15 years of value.

I couldn't bring myself to click either of them! We desperately need a new goalie, and a lot of us said this before the season started.
 

Martinez has shown immense loyalty to Tim Howard and I cant see that changing until Howard says its time to hang up his gloves.
Although not the same keeper he has been in the past he has had a better season so far than he did last year, and he didn't drop him at all last year.
So if people expect new keeper at any point you are going to be waiting a while

I know its a different goalkeeper but when ever I watch under 21 highlights that Matuz Hewlett has a mistake in him every time
