Roma doesnt even need much help, they qualify for Europe, make huge profts on transfers and are doing ok.

I think he will end up spending the same amount on Everton as he does Roma, which will probably be a big fat nothing.

You can improve teams without spending vast sums.

Good piece in Gazzetta here, basically suggesting that we’ll get some sort of confirmation tomorrow. Also speculates as to whether we’ll be the ‘crown jewel’ in the multi club model and that Roma fans are quite tetchy about that being the case.

Still and all there's that identity issue I spoke of above.

Why would they do that Dave. We owned many companies, there was no hierarchy. Each stood on their own two feet and the performance of each was all that mattered. It’s not one or the other, it’s develop and grow all that you’ve got……
