So far so good here. I have basically unchecked everything, turned off Cortana, and made the appearance look like before with 7.
Running smoothly, nice new streamlined and snappy performance? Or is it placebo?

Been a couple of different ones, service host processes. I've discovered the resource monitor so I'll get to the bottom of it soon enough.
