But that doesn't mean we can't do it.

The fact you want to keep a player that hardly features and is on a massive wedge just because he's better than Keane and Holgate just reminds me why fans thankfully have no impact on what a club does.

What can be done isn’t really relevant if the club has shown a complete lack of ability to actually do it. Chances are we’d sell him and get somebody in whose worse.

“Hardly features” describes Gbamin or Delph, not Mina.

The club aren’t going to sell him anyway, so your dig in the last part of your post is a bit silly really.

Been saying for years he needs replacing as a priority.

We need a settled centre back pairing.

He's not that good and even if people want to argue his fitness dictates he'll never contribute to a settled centre back pairing.

The rare big games we've won - Liverpool and Arsenal away etc, and with a clean sheet are often without him.

He played a full 90 at Arsenal didn’t he ? And Spurs.

Not just this lad, we need to clear out all the sicknotes. No point having a squad that's permanently down to its bare bones. Gbamin, Delph (who's gone in the summer anyhow) anyone who appears to be made of digestive biscuits and crumbles after 30 mins of football needs gone. Mina is a likable character, but charm does not win us football games!

He plays about as much as James Rodriguez, except James was a baller, who also wasn’t playing a position that requires consistency of choice, and came on a free.

He was the first warning sign about Brands tbh. The signing was always a disaster and I say that as someone that likes him and thinks he's our best centre half
