The shape of the press was off yesterday, it looked like they players were in-between defense and attack at times . This gave palace tons of room and our wide players had to become defenders. Couldn't have been more isolated if he tried , but he looked off .

Great to see him getting warmly applauded off pitches even when not scoring. Getting through lots of work and some deft touches, plenty of strength and tenacity. Obviously loved when he went on a mad scoring run for Carlo, but seems like the respect for his efforts has grown over recent weeks. All very nice.
