Was wanting to know the same. Could be wrong but haven't seen anything yet but a lot of insecure men have taken it as gospel.

Id like him to stay , think we look a lot better with him in the team but we cant let him run his contract down if hes not staying get what ever we can for him 10-15 million we cant carry on losing money like that it has to change

I’d much prefer him to stay but I reckon that Villa away game made his mind up for him unfortunately. Hopefully he does a U-turn and signs but I think that relies heavily on no one else matching our contract offer.

More in jest than anything. However, if you want to wear the number 9 shirt, you need to score goals and it is this and only this that matters. His problem is that he hasn’t been doing it. In six of his eight years at the club he hasn’t managed more than 8 per year in all competitions…..
