Duncan Ferguson For Leadership?

Would you give Big Dunc the job until at least the end of the season, possibly for the forseeable?

You actually support this fake getting the manager's job?
Big Dunc for me. Not least because I can change my silly Spanish waiter avatar back to big Dunc arms aloft above his Everton shirt. Arrrrrrrgh! Football poetry.

The club get's what it deserves if that utter fake is appointed.

A fake manager for a fake football club.
I’m no Ferguson fan but I would take him over Benitez every day of the week. He will bring unity at the very least for a game or two until we appoint someone.

Very confident he is not fake. Whether he has the acumen for full management is another matter. And his off pitch roles certainly suggest he connects with players, and if heart and desire is a thing he will certainly bring that foremost.

There’s absolutely no way he should be given the job full time.

IMO his position once a new manager/team comes in should be reviewed. Maybe take the 23s or another other coaching role away from the first team.

Under the previous managers what exactly has his role been? Other than putting the subs board up. It’s blatantly obvious previous managers haven’t really wanted him there. He’s the elephant in the room.

Unfortunately we know little about what he would be like.

All whisper and hearsay.

I think there are many who want this cone layer way beyond a few games.

That's what a lot of this has been about. Agitation to get an ex-player in charge.

We really are THAT bankrupt at this club.

I think we're finished for another decade. It feels that way. A moribund organisation.

I’m not sure many want him long term but what we need right now is fight and desire and he would bring that short term. I hope whoever we bring in is someone without PL experience because it counts for nothing IMO. Btw the culling of Benitez is not going to solve everything but it’s a start.

Duncan isn’t the man. We’ll play blood and thunder 4-4-2 for a couple of games but it’s not sustainable.

He needs to leave the club and go and prove himself. The new manager needs to be able to choose his own number 2.

He's a fraud.

Anyone weho cant see that is a delusional.

He was a good motivator for 2 games and that’s it.

No where near qualified enough for the job, needs to go and learn his trade in lower divisions or Scottish first division.

Duncan didn't have the heart or balls to take a penalty in a league Cup shoot out against Sunderland

Is he the kind of man you want to go into a relegation dogfight with
