Duncan Ferguson For Leadership?

Would you give Big Dunc the job until at least the end of the season, possibly for the forseeable?

For me, if we don't give him it, do not keep him here. He came in at the tail end of Bobby's first season. We have never been anywhere near as good since.

Let's not make another manager have to work with him unless it is Rooney... Or just give it to Dunc once and for all.

He will either guide us to former glories due to his passion for the club, or be fail and be sacked. It feels like the latter is the only way he will ever leave the club....

He doesn't deserve the job permanently....if he wants to be Everton manager he needs to leave, manage elsewhere, prove himself and earn the right to return as our manager....

Rafael leaving should also spell the end of Dunc as assistant....he's been there for several managers now, its getting weird..

I’m all for Dunc to be given a chance, even perhaps work with Rooney. We’ve tried so called experienced managers, we need a change and perhaps inexperienced learning on the jobs is worth a go. The signings we have made lately also are younger players so the building blocks are there. Of the list of managers I saw there was Santo,Lampard and Potter in the top 5 I don’t want any off those here. Only one I would consider is the Denmark manager if we are going for experience again. But for me a Rooney and Dunc set up is well worth a go.
