Just because Naismith works hard for the team doesn't mean he's better for it, Schurrle is far more of a player than willian yet who starts? Mourinho keeps it BALANCED that's why willian starts no matter how many sexy goals Schurrle score's on the highlight reel.

You've just contradicted everything else you've posted in this thread then about Naismith over Barkley.

Lol. You're a tit.

Naismith started 13 games last season. We won 8 of them and lost 5, and the losses included City, Chelsea, and Spurs away. We got good results with him in the team, arguably better than with Ross.

I don't argue with teens with no b0llock hair. Come back when your old enough to shave big boy x

Didn't say match winning goals and didn't specify this season either.

We must have different definitions of important goals then (i like to see everton winning). Naismith is a great player to have off the bench when we need to inject a bit of extra energy into the team and exploit the space that opens up later in the game.

But if you think that Naismith is technically good enough to play behind the striker then we may as well just get moyes back and have a team full of players who can 'do a job'. Naismith as the number 10 absolutely kills Lukakus game as it cuts of one of the precious little sources of service he actually gets, we need a proper number 10 who can hold the ball and play the through ball for the striker or wingers to run onto and that will never ever in a million years be Naismith or Barkley and is the reason we struggle to break teams down.

Naismith is a great player to have, but should never be relied upon as a number 10

We'll as we started the season unfit, it hardly seems like everyone was overworked on fitness..... I thought we'd always had a crap record on injuries, Cahil spent half a season as our only striker I thought because of the Yak and Victor, then we had sicknote that was jack rodwell or James Vaughan, it's not a new thing.....

It's frightening how much you want to frame Naismith as some sort of scapegoat. Naismith is a huge asset to the team.

I'd rather he was in the team than Barkley at the moment.

Not at all I've said it's our whole passing style that needs to be tweaked as teams are pressing us alot more and it's costing us results. HOWEVER in terms of having a balanced side Naismith is not and will never be a CAM. He offers no service to the striker whatsoever and is best suited as a striker himself due to his ability to poach a goal.

If you want a balanced side that has width and full backs getting forward Barkley needs to be in the centre and certainly we need wingers on the pitch not strikers playing as wingers.

Even the indestructible Osman now looks to be out for a while with a tendon in his foot. Trying to think of a single player that has been injury free this season, perhaps Distin with his "strain" which appears to have been more emotional than physical and McGeady/Besic although both of those have been out with an illness.

A certain level of injuries is unavoidable but ours is either a phenomenal run of bad luck or a symptom of something wrong in preperation/training/recovery. Especially since a lot of them have been muscular injuries.

Barkley in the side- lukaku slots we finished 5th.

Barkley on the wing, naismith behind the striker- lukaku ain't scoring- 5 points off relegation zone.

I'm not losing the argument mate the facts speak for themselves and they are we are W@nk right now

I never cease to be amazed by the utter cods-wallop you post on GOT

'Important goals' can also be the opening goal and/or the equaliser.

As Brennan said, he started 13 games last season and we won 8 of them.

You could have started Robles in midfield last season and we would have won 8 out of 13. We were fantastic All over the park. This season we have no balance or chemistry whatsoever and need to go back to basics. Hence Barkley and 2 natural wingers is a must not strikers playing in midfield when we cant buy a win.

I'm not a teenager. You've seen your arse because people are pointing out what an utter melt you are. Gutted.

"Melt"

"Gutted"

I sure hope you are a teen.

In other news we are 5 points off relegation and lukaku has no service yet im in the wrong.

Okay mate x
