Chris kavanagh on VAR as well - he’s definitely got a vendetta against us - proper double actWas just coming to mention him - AGAIN he totally effs us over, the whole game. It feels to me like the refs this season are worse than ever.

Because its EvertonStill don’t understand why that was not a penalty
Burn wasn't between Dom and the ball. He was the wrong side the whole time and knocked Dom over as he was trying to shootRef saw Burns getting between DCL and the ball, and DCL accidentally kicked his leg. All technically true unfortunately.
Doesn’t take into account Burns not making any attempt to play the ball, all he was doing was upending DCL and falling on him.
?? If Burn’s leg wasn’t between DCL and the ball, how did DCL kick his leg when going to shoot?Burn wasn't between Dom and the ball. He was the wrong side the whole time and knocked Dom over as he was trying to shoot
Did you miss the bit where Burn stands on his heel as the initial point of contact??? If Burn’s leg wasn’t between DCL and the ball, how did DCL kick his leg when going to shoot?
It feels like every season we have this discussion about these twoChris kavanagh on VAR as well - he’s definitely got a vendetta against us - proper double act

Burn made the initial contact.?? If Burn’s leg wasn’t between DCL and the ball, how did DCL kick his leg when going to shoot?
* nods in Crystal Palace*The media view of this is just bizarre. It's indisputably a penalty and other teams get penalties for far less every week without a word said about it.
How would a player accidentally kick another player if their leg wasn’t in the way of said player striking the ball?I think the refs argument might be that DCL committed the first foul with the accidental kick. What came after is irrelevant.

That is my entire point. Burn’s leg was between DCL and the ball. How would a player accidentally kick another player if their leg wasn’t in the way of said player striking the ball?
