Also, it doesn't matter who the money is owed to, FFP doesn't differentiate between the owner and the bank or a loan shark. FFP/ just looks at profit and loss. Does Everton FC own your stadium or is it owned by a separate holding company?

We own Goodison, new stadium, god only knows!

A company is allowed to make losses. FFP won't result in the winding up of the club, unless by "fall" you mean are relegated. TBF the original table is scant on detail; if it just shows loss of "profit" is that to say we make 100s of millions in profit each year.

Plus it isn't over 5 years so doesn't say much re ffp anyway.
