Thought some of baines passing and outballs were fantastic, massive gulf in quality compared to galloways, but baines got caught out of position so many times

KM was the sub to come on Kone was getting tired - for me Galloway marked Bollassie well!

Choked at Bournemouth and couldn't force an outcome tonight. Not denying we played well but it just never happens for Everyon does it, ever. Struggling to think of many times in recent history where we've turned the screw on other teams in the league. Every single season numerous numerous opportunities are presented to us yet we barely ever grasp it. So many draws, so many 'almosts', but it never happens.

....as daft as it sounds, I'm still not convinced we work on our defence, especially from set pieces. It's almost as if the players are left to sort things out.

Totally agree we're neither zonal nor man to man and thus a runner will always get on at least one corner a game.

I don't think they deserved more than a point mate but agreed on them being a fantastic side. The type of team I'll go out of my way to watch when they're on telly.

Not too many teams will be able to handle them away from home and our relatively young defence done well, except for their goal like.

Keeping this team together is key. Some very good young players here. Hopefully they stay. Too many draws so far though, and conceding the type of goal we did tonight doesn't help. We're looking likely to score first and got suckered. Frustrating.

Id agree with you mate if this was a one off but I feel like I've watched this game about 100 times. Everyone in the whole stadium knew as soon as Rons shot hit the post that we weren't getting 3 points. Call it negative or whatever you want but it's just the same old story always with Everton, the glorious almost nearlys.

Thought we played well tonight. Definitely deserved the three points but Lady Luck deserted us tonight. Don't know what more we could have done really. My only gripe was that Kone stayed on as long as he did -offered very little tonight. I would have loved to see miralles brought on as he has given palace trouble before.
