What has this got to do with anything? Earl came in for the last failed bid. He essentially has been replaced by Moshiri but because it will be so expensive to build the new stadium it has meant the remaining existing shareholders shares have been diluted. Whether they sold them back to the club first and then the club sold them to Moshiri, the club releasing more shares or even them selling directly to Moshiri makes no difference. The end result is the same.Sorry I have got no idea what you're suggesting.
Fact Earl sold 100% of his sharrs, Kenwright, Woods and Abercrombie sold about 53% of their holdings to Blue Heaven Holdings Ltd. Check it out if you want to buy a shareholder list.
Fact. Options are in place to buy more shares from BK, JW and AA. Check it out at IOM Companies Registry.
Fact. No new shares have been issued at EFC and no documentation to reduce share capital have been registered at Companies House as would be the norm.
If you're talking about an issue post takeover, that is totally differrent.
