Hes shown a willingness to invest heavily, a willingness to not accept failure and a willingness to improve the club via a new stadium.

Bar appointing himself player manager theres not much more he can do.

As I say, by August, YOU people will be a busted flush, roaming the forum crying about "that time we appointed Sam to save us from relegation".

cant wait for this august..

de ja bleeding vu this, same old thing has been said the last4 years

it'll all be different next season just you watch.

OK M8

Ha Ha Ha Ha.

It is true though Dave.

Moshiri has made many errors in his time as Everton owner so far - Koeman, Big Sam, Walsh, keeping Kenwright et al so heavily involved.

However, the charge that he hasn’t put enough of his own cash in is a bit ridiculous.

In this industry, the quantities of money which fans expect Moshiri to spend are unrealistic.

The only way to be competitive is to have a proper sugar daddy (Chelsea style) whose wealth eclipses Moshiris, or to have a strong commercial model like Man Utd or Liverpool.

The new stadium is key in trying to achieve the latter.

The clubs who follow that model (most clubs, through necessity) don’t have owners who bank roll £250 summer spending sprees.

35m lollol

The Mosh has spent more than that on land alone.

35m

lollollollollol

the mosh (as you call him) has not spent a bean on us.

he has INVESTED the money and will get it all back and some.

Jordan injected the cash directly and LOST it all.

he was a real fan of the club and a proper owner in my book, willing to 'give all he had' (sound familiar) in an effort to make Palace a premier league club.

Thats good though. He benefits, we all do.

Yeah it’s a cheap argument to make if people claim that any investment he makes is purely for his own benefit. He puts money in, we get better, the value of what he owns increases. He also takes the risk if we get worse though. What do people expect? A benevolent billionaire investor who just drops a billion on us in order to buy players and builds a stadium but then doesn’t expect any benefit from it? Laughable.

Since he arrived: £165M in player sales plus £210M from tv revenue.

= £375M that covers fees and wages and then some.

Please dont encourage @MoutsGoat in his forlorn attempt to rescue the carpet bagger.

The people have spoken both on this thread and the Everton board thread. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cant fool all of the people all of the time.

So you would rather have a fella who lost all his cash cos his ownership ruined the club, (at the time), rather than one who will invest to improve one?
