Usmanov will buy in for half of Blue Heaven Holdings and they'll run the club together, when the time is right, I suspect all that is stopping it is to finalise the funding deal for the stadium with the council.

Moshiri/BHH now for the first time has a controlling stake, Bill was not going to let this happen until the stadium was set in stone so why is he doing it now?

Think you've answered your own question here mate

Either the stadium is sorted and Bill has seen it is a done deal, or he is moving out the way to allow BHH to have a controlling stake which would be a precursor to Usmanov buying in.

Or just to throw this conspiracy theory in which is similar to your last statement, Moshiri didn't have the funds to do this until a cheque cleared from one Mr Kroenke and this is why it has happened now... :coffee:

At what point/level of percentage holding by one person, ie Moshri are the remaining minority shareholders duty bound to sell their shares to this person?
It's like a compulsory purchase order of the remaining shares/

Afternoon squire. Could one put one's skillz in understanding the murky world of IOM financial matters to good use and have a wee dig and see if any change to BHH. Thanks petal x
Just checked mate - as this only happened today and the IOM registry is manual, it is unlikely that the charges will be removed (if they bother) for 2/3 weeks.
Cheers

Kenwright is like one of those hollow turds that you flush hell out of and it just won’t go, it might go down the toilet neck but then it resurfaces with a vengeance, you might even try and weigh it down with some bog roll but that sucker will find a way of breaking free clinging onto existance.

Finally that piece of crap needs to be destroyed once and for all so you whip out the toilet brush and smash it to dust.

Now that this guy is the majority shareholder hopefully it will put an end to the puerile trolling of Bill Kenwright and blaming him for every bad decision ever made by anyone at GP. But then again the people who do this will still see his hand in it even if he owned 1%.
