I thought West Ham already had a top manager??
Its not working for them, but it runs deeper there then just the manager.
But with Spurs just taking a top target, if West Ham who are linked with him, actually get him, while at the same time were stuck with Silva, it will be depressing.
If these clubs can go for and attract managers why cant we?

It's more then 400m and look where we are. We have spent more and gotten worse
We also haven't had consistency in the playing staff integrating 4 of 5 players every season doesn't allow chemistry to develop, we started looking good at the end of last season had we kept the same side we'd be doing alot better but missing out on Zouma was a disaster as he and Kean had a good understanding after 3 quarters of a season. We could spend another billion in January and look worse, can't buy chemistry that takes time.

Yeah im not completely sold on Benitez in fairness - although I would 100% take him over the current Putz.

Now Jose is gone the shortlist should be:

Allegri
Mancini
Ten Hag
Rose
Benitez
Biesla

Work your way down from top to bottom.

Stop going for proven garbage in this league.

Would that be Poch because he is not in your list?

When you see what Daniel Levy has done today albeit a gamble of sorts, it makes you realise something our current owner has so far failed to deliver in any way shape or form.
He (levy) has given Spurs fans a big event invigorating moment - the kind that makes you excited and makes you feel your next game can't come quick enough.
It's years and years since any Everton owners actions has made me feel like that, maybe Kanchelskis or Speed signing or lesser ones like Gazza's brief cameo or Fergusons return.
Our owners dealings and actions are so mundane and predictable its painful.

We should just go for Pellegrini when they sack him then seeing as loads of people were wetting the bed that West Ham appointed him instead of us.
