So many of us warned against the appointment of Benitez. Even if he'd done relatively okay in mid table we'd have been a bad run away from a toxic atmosphere. For me it just sums up the complete disconnect between the club and the supporters. It's also a reflection of how desperate and clueless the people who run the club are.

Tbh there is something about the new stadium that just doesn't impress me whatsoever, I'm really not that fussed on it.
All the fancy new stadiums in the world, mean nothing when you have a mediocre team on the pitch.

The stadium of course, is also going to have a smaller capacity than Spurs and West Hams new ground, and it's going to be smaller than Old Trafford the Emirates and Etihad stadiums as well.

I just don't see it being that much of a game changer at all. We'll still have a clueless owner, and a new stadium that's still going to be smaller, than what our competitors have as well.

The owner is only here to launder Russian mob money through Liverpool Waters and/or a new stadium. Once that’s done, or once the project falls apart, he will be gone. The shambles on the pitch are secondary. If he was serious about making that successful, the good old boys and girls on the board would have been out of here long ago. I don’t buy that he is inept, he simply doesn’t care about that part of the equation.

….when was the last time he attended a game? Don’t recall seeing him for a while.

It's potentially very concerning that whilst the club is in such turmoil,

The owner hasn't been seen or heard in weeks/ months.

Not only did he make this controversial appointment in the first place but his inaction to fire Benitez when it's glaringly obvious he's a dinosaur...

Is a major concern.

The worry is who he sells us to, given his managerial track record
Who ever it might be, they'll have to have...oxymoron alert...besides a kin clue of what they're actually doing.

£500M* (at least) spare for the debt he will leave on the Club...you don't think for 1 minute he put in his own personal cash do you? - do you??
£300M*or more for the 92.5% shares, 32,300 @ £4,000 - £8,000 a pop...who really knows.
*these two might be amalagamated/converted into 100,000 shares @ think of a number per share

Access to borrow...and be able to guarantee / pay for another £500M to finish the ground
