👏

What you've said is the stone cold truth. BMD is the one thing that could transform the club / attract the kinds of buyers that can have us compete in the long term and without Moshiri this stadium would have never happened.

We should also be grateful for the matchday experience that will be at BMD - going the match and having a deluxe seat, no obstructed views, better grub/drinks and hospitality.
You’re an outstanding troll, I’ll give you that.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

you utter tit

With ticket prices only going one way why on earth would you not be happy with a greater matchday experience compared to whats on offer at Goodison which lets be honest is poor by modern standards?

This stadium will drag us into the modern world and we'll only reap the benefits of it in the long run.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Wow. Is that all he did to get rich? Looking at the images of certain other clubs boards Leicester, Watford Wolves I could go on, but it would sound too anti foreign. I suspect none of the Thais, Chinese or arab investors etc etc have much of a clue either.
He's degree educated and been involved in all sorts of commodity investing and running of businesses around the world - so he's clearly not a dimwit.

I'm not really sure what I'm debating honestly - just that it's ok for fans to have opinions about the running of their club.

Just because you are a director of football doesn't mean you are a skilled negotiator, for instance look at Spurs, do you think anyone else but Levy does theirs?

FWIW I semi agree with what you're saying but no point just handing it to someone who can't handle it. I believe while Brands was here he would do at least some of the deals as he was more a people person who built up these kind of relationships, where Kev seems to be a facilitator who has department heads that report into him.

Well if you can’t negotiate a transfer then you shouldn’t be a director of football in my own opinion.

It's actually scary that mosh is in the board room this is the guy who said Walcott, tosun and two other crappy everton players were the football equivalent of the fab four

Isn't it obvious which arrogant egotistical bell fed him those lines? The same one who's managed Moshiri like a master puppeteer. I'll be keeping my abstinence from Everton until Kenwright is gone, which unfortunately looks like a few more years yet.

There is a thought we could always do it like other clubs that probably just send an email (was fax) but I kinda get the impression that we would just be blacklisted when we sent:

Everton Football Club would like to buy XXXX for the sum of £20,000,000. The payment schedule will be as follows:

Year 1 A deposit of £1,000,000. A freddo bar, one year Everton Membership, a badge, a poster and a 6 week subscription to When Skies are Grey

Year 10 £19,000,000*

(* If XXXX plays 1200 games for Everton, scoring at least 800 goals, winning the Ballon D'Or three times in a row, captaining Everton to 4 Premier League Titles, 3 FA cups, 2 Champions Leagues and a partridge in a pear tree - else you get one lump sum of £500,000)

This is where Del Boy Kenwright might be actually a good negotiator due to those relationships he has built up. Sad but true.

By keeping Kenwright on, Moshiri has just lit the fire, to a civil war between the fans, himself and by default, the club.

The deluxe seats, humous sandwiches, Madri lager and unobstructed views will be wonderful in the Championship.

I very often disagree with what @davek says, but he couldn`t have been more right about Moshiri.

He`s a much much bigger problem than Kenwright.

Let battle commence. Pitchforks, slings and all traditional items of civil warfare will have their day on Goodison Road. At least 5 or maybe even 6 GOT members have today vented their support for strife. I will take my camera for the best shots to be displayed on GOT when the time comes.

He’s “not arsed what league we make the numbers up in” though mate. Day out at Wembley too innit.
